Advisory Services
Team members or module leaders for
engagements involving Oracle Application implementation with a primary
focus on any of the following:
- Financial modules (AP, AR, GL,
FA, CM), project costing and billing for various clients
- HRMS module with substantial knowledge
of workflows within HRMS and other related modules
- Manufacturing, purchase, inventory
and order management modules (both discrete and process)
Education
Masters degree in Engineering/CA/MBA
Industry experience
2-7 years with a renowned consulting firm or relevant industry
experience
Specific areas of experience/ ability
Required
- Necessary skills to analyze, architect,
design and configure Oracle Application solutions according to
client needs
- Sound industry knowledge and exposure
to financial/ HR/ manufacturing process
- The ability to execute projects based
on requirements, organizational process and guidelines
- At least one end-to-end implementation
- A strong consultative approach with the
ability to question why certain processes are carried out in order
to drive a successful implementation
- Excellent inter-personal and communication
skills as the role is primarily client facing
Desirable
- Knowledge of Project Resource Management
- Experience in conducting post implementation
reviews of ERP solutions
- Knowledge of current and emerging technology-enabled
business solutions like Customer Relationship Management, Business
Intelligence solutions, etc.
- Exposure to working on solutions related
to asset management in a complex/asset intensive industry
