Position: Consultant/ Senior Consultant

Role Summary:

Team members or module leaders for engagements in the financial services sector on entry and growth strategies, business planning and restructuring, process and performance improvement, management and control, and technology initiatives

Education:

Graduate (Engineering, Commerce, etc.) + MBA/ CA; Relevant industry qualifications will be a plus

Industry experience:

2-5 years with a reputed banking / insurance organisation or in advisory services to the financial services industry

Specific areas of experience/ ability:

requirement:

• In-depth knowledge of business processes within banking / insurance
• Thorough understanding of the current and emerging industry issues and trends in the domestic market
• Understanding of the international banking/ insurance markets
• Ability to grasp business scenarios and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in working with structured methodologies while executing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of energy and drive, self confidence, flexibility, willingness to get involved; demonstrated ability to work in teams

Desirable:

• Knowledge of available and emerging technology-enabled business solutions like Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence solutions, etc.
• Effective relationships in the banking/ insurance industry in India
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level while inspiring trust at all levels
