Instructor is a member of the risk advisory services team at KPMG. He has been trained on the People-Capability Maturity Model by the principal architect of the model. He is providing advisory services on the key areas of implementation and assessment to leading organizations in the IT / BPO / ITES industry. He has been associated in the execution of the model and has been on the assessment team also.

He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a masters degree in human resource management from SIBM, Pune. He has 6 years of experience in the area of human resource management and is trained in assessor skills from Saville Holdsworth.
