KPMG's Audit Committee Institute

Recognising the importance of audit committees and their demanding responsibilities, KPMG has launched the Audit Committee Institute (ACI) in India. With support from KPMG International, ACI in India has been established to provide independent directors with a resource to update them on current and emerging issues.

KPMG's Audit Committee Institute

The primary objective of ACI in India is to communicate with independent directors and enhance awareness, commitment, and the ability to implement effective audit committee processes.

The ACI in India joins a growing number of similar institutes that KPMG member firms have initiated worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong, China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico and Brazil, to provide a range of resources to support independent directors and audit committees around the world.

If you would like more information about the ACI, please contact us.
